Correx Signs
Correx signs are affordable, lightweight, durable, and portable – making them an ideal solution for use in virtually any environment, to advertise any type of message. Corrugated plastic is incredibly durable without being unnecessarily heavy. It’s so lightweight that it can be easily transported and is surprisingly resilient. The corrugated fluting reinforces the surface, providing pressure resistance that protects from crushing, warping and punctures with normal usage.
Our correx signs are 3-5mm thick and feature an interior fluted design which makes them perfect for installation using wire stakes that run through the hollow areas of the product core. Correx board signs are extremely versatile and have the option of being installed on interior and exterior walls, fastened to wooden posts, or displayed on chain link fences. With optional grommets pre-installed in the top corners or all four corners, you can suspend correx from ceilings or hang them with suction cups in windows.
Printing & Materials
Correx is an extruded twin-wall plastic sheet product produced from high-impact polypropylene resin with a similar makeup to corrugated fiberboard. It is a light-weight yet tough material which can easily be cut with a utility knife.
These signs are fade resistant, do not deteriorate quickly under normal conditions and waterproof – they’re one of the most economic solutions available for outdoor advertising.
Correx boards are much more-durable than many other types of signs because they are made of rigid, twin-wall plastic. The Print Smith makes it easy to order completely custom correx signs that feature printing on one or two sides. Your custom printed correx signs can feature the same image on both sides or display individual, unique images on front and back.
Grommets
Grommets can be punched through the sign material using a precision grommet machine to create an installation hole. The smooth inside edges of our metal grommets ensure that in most cases, the cord or rope passing through the hole will not create as much friction as other usages and therefore has lower risk of cutting whatever is used to hang the sign.
